Heating that sips, not gulps
Air source heat pumps deliver 3–4 units of heat for every unit of electricity — when they're designed properly. We do the engineering first, so yours performs in a real Yorkshire winter, not just on a brochure.

What you get
Done once, done right
Full heat-loss survey
Room-by-room heat-loss calculations before anything is priced. Correct sizing is the difference between a heat pump that works and one that disappoints.
Honest system design
We tell you upfront if radiators need upgrading and include a realistic allowance in your estimate — not a surprise invoice mid-job.
Quiet, considered siting
Unit placement designed around bedroom windows, neighbours and planning rules, not just the shortest pipe run.
Whole-house thinking
Heat pumps pair brilliantly with solar and batteries. As installers of all three, we design them to work together.
Qualified installation
BPEC certified, City & Guilds qualified installers. MCS coming soon — ask us about timing and current grant options.
Aftercare included
Controls walkthrough, seasonal settings advice and a real person on the phone after handover.

- 04
Handover & aftercare
Full documentation, certification, app setup and a walkthrough of your system. We stay on the end of the phone afterwards.
Heat Pumps FAQs
Do air source heat pumps work in cold Yorkshire winters?
Yes — modern heat pumps maintain full heating output well below freezing and are widely used in far colder climates than the UK. The key is correct sizing, which is why we do a full room-by-room heat-loss survey before quoting.
Will I need new radiators?
Sometimes. Heat pumps run at lower temperatures than gas boilers, so some rooms may need larger radiators. Our survey identifies exactly which, and our estimates include a realistic allowance rather than a surprise later.
What about the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant?
Grant eligibility depends on the installation being MCS certified. MCS is coming soon for PV Pros — ask us about current grant and timing options before you commit, and we will give you a straight answer.
How noisy is an air source heat pump?
Modern units run at around 40–50dB at close range — comparable to a fridge. Siting is part of our design, and we keep units away from bedroom windows and neighbour boundaries.
